A campus interview by Omega Healthcare, a leading healthcare services MNC, was inaugurated at 10:30 a.m. on 22 September 2026 at the Seminar Hall of Shivani Engineering College for final-year B.E. Biomedical Engineering (BME) students.
Mrs. Karpagam, HoD – ECE, welcomed the gathering. Dr. G. Uthayakumaran, Dean, delivered the felicitation address. Mr. M. Ahemed Bhilal, Lead HR Executive, Omega Healthcare, addressed the students and briefed them about the history of Omega Healthcare, its branches, career opportunities, and the nature of work involved in medical coding.
As part of the recruitment process, an online test was conducted for the students. A total of 60 students attended the inauguration programme, and around 39 students participated in the online test.
The video technical interview is expected to be conducted in the coming week, and the interview date will be communicated to the shortlisted students.
The campus recruitment drive provided students with valuable exposure to the healthcare industry and an opportunity to explore career prospects with a reputed multinational organisation.
