The Rotaract Club of Shivani Engineering College organized a Board of Directors Meeting at Shivani Engineering College to guide and orient the newly appointed office bearers on their roles, duties, and responsibilities.
The meeting was graced by Mr. Lakshman Prabhu, Past President of the Rotaract Club of Shivani Engineering College (2016–17), and Mr. Santhosh Kumar, Chairman – International Understanding, Rotaract Club.
During the meeting, the guests interacted with the Board of Directors and provided valuable guidance on the effective functioning of the club. They explained the duties, roles, and responsibilities of each office bearer and emphasized the importance of leadership, teamwork, coordination, accountability, and service.
Mr. Lakshman Prabhu shared his valuable experiences as a former President and motivated the student members to actively participate in community service and leadership activities. Mr. Santhosh Kumar highlighted the significance of international understanding, social responsibility, and professional networking in the Rotaract movement.
The interaction motivated the student office bearers to discharge their responsibilities effectively and work together to organize meaningful, service-oriented activities for the benefit of society.
The programme concluded with a commitment from the Board of Directors to work collaboratively towards the successful functioning and development of the Rotaract Club of Shivani Engineering College.
