The objective of the campus recruitment drive was to provide employment opportunities for students and prepare them to meet industry expectations.
Shivani Engineering College successfully conducted a campus interview on 27 March 2026 in association with Kovai.ai Pvt. Ltd., a reputed software company.
The recruitment drive was organized under the guidance of Dr. G. Uthayakumaran, Dean (Academics) and Training & Placement Cell Coordinator.
The selection process consisted of multiple rounds designed to evaluate students’ aptitude, technical knowledge, and communication skills.
The following students from various departments were successfully selected:

· Sindhu Meena
· Sarathi
· Mohana Priya
The offer letters were distributed by Mr. Shree Kalirajan Panchalingam, Chief Solution Architect, Kovai.ai Pvt. Ltd..
Er. S. Vigneshwaran, Secretary, Shivani Institutions, delivered the congratulatory address, appreciating the students for their achievement.
The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. V. Balasubramanian, Vice Principal.
The Management, Principal, Vice Principal, Dean, and all faculty members extended their heartfelt congratulations to the selected students.
The campus recruitment drive provided valuable career opportunities and enhanced students’ confidence in facing industry-level interviews.
The programme was successfully conducted and marked a significant milestone in strengthening industry–institution interaction and improving student placements.
