20th February 2026, an NSS programme on “Sensitization against Digital Media Addiction – Information Literacy and Cyber Safety” was conducted in our college as per the guidelines of Anna University for II and III year students.
Our NSS Coordinator, Mr. Christhuraj, welcomed the gathering. The Dean delivered the felicitation address, emphasizing the importance of service to suffering people and extending help to those in critical conditions.
The NSS Coordinator explained in detail about digital media literacy, the risks of digital media addiction, and cyber safety measures while using mobile phones and other media platforms. The session included practical examples to create awareness among students.
Finally, the Student Representative proposed the vote of thanks.
